Processed through the state-of-the-art equipment imported from Champagne. No 1 grow and use only the traditional grapes of Champagne; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Top scoring NZ winery with 91 points (equalling or bettering many top champagne houses) in Tom Stevenson’s, Christie’s World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wine.
